How Referrals work:
6 Free sessions provided to you
and your dependents
- We typically provide a referral to a mental health clinician, legal or financial expert, work-life resources, or a combination of support
- We will follow up to ensure you have everything you need Contact us by phone or online
- We will assess your needs based on a brief confidential phone intake or your online request form.
- We provide “in the moment” support when immediate counseling is needed. You can have a full counseling session over the phone with “in the moment” support
