This line is available for employees to report concerns involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, fraud, theft, ethics violations, workplace misconduct, safety issues, or other policy violations. The City of Anderson prohibits retaliation against anyone making a good-faith report.
Please leave a detailed message including:
- Names of individuals involved
- Dates, times, and locations
- A description of the incident
- Any witnesses or supporting documentation
- Whether the matter was previously reported
- Whether there is any immediate safety, financial, or legal concern
- If you are comfortable, please provide:
- Your name and department
- A phone number or email for follow-up
Reports will be handled as confidentially as possible under City policy and applicable law. You may remain anonymous; however, contact information may help with a thorough review.
After your message is received, it will be securely forwarded to Human Resources for review. If this is an emergency or immediate safety threat, please contact emergency services or law enforcement immediately.
